FP&A Managerとして、マネイジメントの意思決定をサポートして頂く支援をして頂きます。

  • Lead managerial accounting, such as budgeting / forecasting, and contribute to analysis / value-added areas
  • Collaborate with Sales / Marketing for verifying cost effectiveness
  • Responsible/Assist projects as required
  • Support Senior Accountant in the area of Financial Accounting, Tax, and Cash management
  • All other duties reasonably assigned


  • Assist in building financial budgeting and forecasting models to support the growth of the Japan business
  • Support Korea budgeting and forecasting process
  • Analyze the monthly actual figures and perform variance analysis;
  • Lead the Rolling Forecast process
  • In charge of Pricing Management

Technical Capabilities:

  • Experience with budgeting / forecasting / variance analysis
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in working for an international organization
  • Experience in working in FMCG industry
  • Experience with SAP in FI/CO modules. CO module experience is a strong plus
  • Strong computer systems skills
  • Awareness of "best practice" accounting and internal control processes
  • Business level English
  • Experience with IFRS and Japanese GAAP (Kaisya-ho)


  • SAP FIの使用経験、FMCGでのご経験がある方優遇。
