Responsibility:
- Monitor and review major financial key performance indicators
- Order & Sales; Analyze risks, trend, historical data and leading indicator, and assess the reasonableness of order and sales forecast brought by business team
- Margin; Provide meaningful reports to business team, identify areas to improve and design, plan & execute the improvement actions
- OPEX; Challenge continuously to pursue more efficient spending while maintaining the effectiveness and provide meaningful cost reports to stakeholders
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Ad-hoc analysis and CAPEX proposal
- Cost sharing analysis with LBS for the basis of SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Annual List Price review
- Manage customer rebate program
- Improvement of working capital and other balance sheet items
- Play key role in developing, implementing and maintaining effective and efficient internal control
- Play key role in maintenance and improvement of corporate compliance culture
[応募資格]
a) Professional Experience
- Proven working experience as FPA specialist/senior accountant/supervisor with more than 5 years' experience in multinationals.
- Knowledge of US GAAP, Japan GAAP, Tax and Commercial Code of Japan, and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.
- Administrative accounting and financial analysis skills.
- Experience in Process improvement and documentation
- ERP software, SAP plus
- SAP BW, Analysis for MS office plus
- Experience in establishment of compliance/internal control role in a certain area plus
- Strong and impeccable compliance sense with integrity
b) Education
- BS/BA Degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience and 5+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.
c) Language
- Native level Japanese and advanced business English, phone interview with regional head to be scheduled
- 経理実務経験10年以上
- USCPA等の資格を有していれば尚可
