Executive, Corporate Secretary is responsible for preparation of documents under the Companies Act, etc. and communicating the clients as the first point of contact under supervision under the manager's supervision as well as necessary administrative works for internal and clients.
To provide administrative support to the manager including internal administrative works such as, preparation of letters, filing, scanning, copying and other supports.
・To provide administrative support to the company's clients
・To visit government offices to obtain official certificates
・To visit banks to do related administrative works
・To visit the company's client offices to deliver or receive documents, etc.
・To translate documents into both English and Japanese
・To prepare documents under the Companies Act., etc.
・To be the first point of contact to the company's clients
・Junior College, Technical school or above preferably with formal secretarial training
・Over 2-3years of working experience as secretary or related field, at law firm (preferable)
・Word, Excel, MS-office skills
・Attention to detail
・Proactive, responsible and attentive attitude
・Good command of written and spoken English and Japanese
