CEO support :
- General secretarial/assistant roles (Schedule management, appointment handling, telephone handling, CEO office cleanness, restaurant booking etc.)
- Overseas travel arrangements
- Overseas visitors handling (e.g. Shareholders meeting)
- Handle specific requests from CEO (presentation material, translation etc.)
- Meeting and interview arrangements・ Handle expense reports
- Approval requests and equivalent document circulation and filing management.
- Other administrative/secretarial tasks
General Affairs support :
- Copy of company registration, Filing contracts and documents (inc those with seal registration certificate),
- Contact point of Building Management Office/Facility management
- Arrange internal events and meetings
- Vendor management (vending machine, internal snack, water server and medicine)
- Communication with Paris HQ, legal office, shareholder etc.
- Overseas trip arrangements for head office staff
- Handle expense report for Executives
- Other GA related tasks
- University Graduate. Liberal Arts degree a Plus
- Minimum 3 years secretary experience
- Good Fashion sense and present ability
- Basic understanding of company structure and business
- Good understanding of a regulations (accounting standards & Commercial law.)
- Good hospitality
< Skills >
- English (business level) skills a must. French a plus
- Cheerful and Open minded, strong listening skills and capacity to handle wide range or personalities
- Diligent, committed and organized, ability to meet reporting and other deadlines is essential
- Good team player, the candidate should possess quick learning abilities and good oral and written communication skills
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently, quickly and to multi-task (good at priority settings), Result oriented, proactive
- Effectively interact with all levels of management
- Computer skills (Excel / Word / Power Point//E mail)
