[Responsibilities]
・Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
・Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of company's systems and processes
・Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generating new business leads and arranging meetings
・Identifying and developing new business opportunities with customers
・Preparing and delivering presentations and demonstrations of the software/services, articulately and confidently to customers
・ Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events
・Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing software and services
・Developing effective sales plans for your territory using sales methodologies
・Coordinating with global sales for regional accounts
・Advising on software / services features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts, such as sales, marketing, and / or CRM related areas
・Meeting sales targets set by local general manager and contributing to team targets
・Networking with existing and prospect customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
・Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature
・Managing workload in order to organize and prioritized daily and weekly goals
・Contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues

[Requirements]
・Fluent Japanese and English read/write/conversation (Business level)
・B2B enterprise software sales experience
・Pharmaceutical industry knowledge especially Sales & Marketing area is highly expected
・Consulting or IT sales experience is preferred.
・Internal/External communication with overseas peoples
・Self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude
・Passion, dedication and focus
・Articulate and confident presentation skills and professional manner
・A degree in one of the following subjects is preferred:
-Business information systems/technology
-Business/management
-Computer science/software engineering/computer engineering/mathematics
・Persuasive and influential verbal communication skills
・A strong team spirit and venture spirit
・Business acumen
