[Responsibilities]
Application Support Analyst
・Take ownership and provide accurate/timely resolution of Incident/Work Order requests reported by users
・Provide support and leadership in critical production support issue resolution within defined SLA
・Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
・Collaborate with Project team for new application in-takes
・Work with the Support Manager in process/service improvement initiatives
・Participate in software development life cycle including functional analysis development of technical requirements, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment and support

[Requirements]
<Primary Technical Skills>
・3+ Years of development/support experience in JDE ERP System
・Solid business process knowledge in Supply Chain, MFG or Finance
・Any knowledge/skill on workflow system will be a plus
・Process knowledge of ITIL/SDLC/Agile will be a plus
・Native Japanese, Fluency in Spoken English
