- Handling orders directly from our customers (web shop customers, artists, press, partners, colleagues)
- Maintaining Web shop page and correcting and improving Japanese Web shop page accordingly. (Request to Web content team.)
- Answering inbound calls/e-mail from customer who buy our products from our web and solving his/her order problem. ("Order support")
- Handling of incoming requests and orders directly from our customers (webshop customers, artists, press, partners, colleagues)
- Handling of incoming orders coming in through our webshop. Checking Web shop order daily basis to use our ERP system(ORACLE : EBS) , E-commerce system(Magneto), and Payment gateway system(World Pay)
- Handling of hardware replacement order.
- Making manual order and manual credit memo.(Using ERP system : EBS)
- Solving Web shop and Internal order problem. (Order error, Payment error, etc.)
- Communicate with our warehouse for smooth shipping.
[Maintaining Web shop]
- Checking Stock level of B to C inventory for webshop and reporting SCM team if stock level is low.
- Checking Stock level display on our Webshop and reporting Web content team if we need to change.
- Checking Webshop page and correcting and improving

11:00-20:00 (Flex time: 11:00-17:00)
