* Understand the business processes happening in boutiques for 3 divisions (Fashion, Watches and Fine Jewelry, Fragrance and Beauty) and ensure the proper behavior of IT solutions to support them
* Ensure reporting of issues and prepare improvement recommendations
* Ensure coordination with external partners entailed in the portfolio of IT solutions used in thel retail network
* Instill a culture of continuous improvement in the daily support activity
* Prepare and maintain training material for IT solutions deployed in our boutiques
* Coordinate training sessions in partnership with business training teams,
* Contribute to the enhancement of IT solutions in the Boutique through rollout of new versions
* 5+ years of experience in the retail industry with proven experience in MNC
* Experience with Digital solutions used in Retail (mobile app, retail solutions, etc)
* Good interpersonal, problem solving, conflict resolution, facilitation.
* Good verbal and written communication skills (fluent Japanese and English)
