Digital Marketing Manager (New Service)- Global Technology Company

[Responsibilities]
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing, recruiting and Driver communications. This position will create the strategy and planning for Driver recruitment. The individual will work with program management to convert volumes into specific recruitment targets and then work with agencies to drive ROI based marketing tactics to deliver on the committed goals. Additionally, the person will be responsible for managing DP communications and activation activities. He/She will also be responsible for the marketing analytics, to help measure ROI and ensure expenditures are in line with budgets. Understanding the target audience, driving marketing innovation and being a results driven marketer are key expectations.

The person will own streamlining and executing all new services in communication. This includes copywriting for all delivery partner communication. In addition, the individual will own creating and streamlining change management processes to communicate product and policy updates both to our delivery partners and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, have strong marketing & communications skill set, resourceful, and customer-focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.

He/She will also be able to demonstrate a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

[Requirements]
<Basic Qualifications>
・Bachelor's Degree
・Experience in running and managing digital marketing campaigns and optimizing online searching advertising.
・Experience of operating, managing, and delivering results in a consumer facing online retail/services product marketing role.
・Strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
・Proven experience in executing technology solutions in a fast paced, high growth, operational business environment
・Experience managing, negotiating, and communicating with internal/external business partners
・Excellent technical comprehension, and both verbal and written communication skills
・Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance
・Oral and written communication skills in Japanese and English - Bilingualism required. Strong and effective communication skills in Japanese is mandatory.

<Preferred Qualifications>
・Master's degree/MBA in business with focus on marketing and communications.
・A track record of success in developing and executing crowd sourcing strategies aimed at growing business partnerships
・Previous experience in a marketing and driver recruitment within a gig economy, last mile delivery, or logistics, with a strong bias to towards technology.
