[Responsibilities]
Planning and Execution

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and advertising campaigns and CRM
  • Own Brand store
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Support sales team in driving e-commerce

Purpose of the function

  • Support of local management with optimized utilization of on-line marketing opportunities, and create transparency on progress with clear performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Sales team to help drive business growth with e-commerce customers
  • Support Marketing team by optimizing brand impact in online space


Key activities:

  • digital marketing planning, execution oversight and review
  • online promotional planning and execution in collaboration with Sales
  • online brand building planning and execution in collaboration with Marketing Communications
  • analysis and reporting

[Requirements]
Work Experience

  • at least 5 years of work experience in digital marketing
  • at least 3 years engagement with e-commerce customers
  • good English skills (written and spoken)
  • good PC skills (especially MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word)
  • experience in cooperation/communication with other group companies and Headquarter


Professional Skills

  • Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to depict complex matters in a clear and understandable way
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • entrepreneurial and critical thinking and acting
  • ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
