Job Summary:
Responsible for overall marketing communication activities with social marketers who are enable to sponsor social marketers and acquire customers. Plan and execute communication activities based on company goal to social marketers via digital media (and some printing materials). Main contents and information include duplication system, compensation plan, new product information, and promotion announcement, and CEO/Managing Directors important messages, etc. Accountabilities include customer acquisition success via social marketer, budget management, and integration of the customer and social marketing portfolio.


  • Plan and Execute department objectives based on company business plan.
  • Track and manage department projects, if needed follow the project by hands-on.
  • Review current website and social media and publications and improve for better service and support for social marketers as needed.
  • Plan, manage, and utilize our social media platforms.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Work closely with sales team (social marketer relations department) to reflect feedback from social marketers.
  • Work closely with IT and Corporate Marketing/Sales teams to develop the plans to be executed well.
  • Meet deadline while respecting contingencies.
  • Keep good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Set KPI for each project. Watch PDCA cycle and measure effectiveness including ROI. Take advantage the past result and data for future activities.
  • Manage staffs.
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Create department budget and track actual numbers.


  • 5 years+ Digital Marketing communication.
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Marketing experience for MLM industry (Nice to have)

Skill, Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of branding and marketing
  • Deep knowledge of digital media and SNS/Web marketing
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable consumer insights.
