Database Administrator (Internal)

We are looking for a CRM administrator to join our expanding enPower RPO team and help support the growth of our company through the management of our Avature database. As our external ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with and utilizing data and becoming our lead expert in Avature.
 

THE ROLE: AVATURE DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

 

You will be a key team member to support the recruitment process through maintenance and development of the Avature database. You will be a champion for the Avature CRM, acting as the go-to person for CRM questions and concerns.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the data and analytics team to complete assigned tasks and activities.
  • Work with the entire organization to train and ensure the CRM is understood by new and existing users.
  • Manage the Avature database and maintain both client and employee profiles.
  • Develop and approve CRM/ATS workflows on an as-needed basis.
  • Manage levels of system access based on internal role coverage.
  • Advocate for CRM within the organization and help appropriately expand its use.
  • Provide support and training for staff in data entry and basic management.
  • Extract data from the Avature database for internal and external reporting.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and data input.
  • Ability to work with people with varying technical skills.
  • Ability to understand the interconnectivity of systems.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Ability to work independently after adequate training and escalate issues/concerns as needed.
  • Business Level Japanese and English.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience within a corporate talent acquisition, RPO and/or agency recruitment environment
  • Experience with CRM/ATS such as Avature is a plus.
  • Experience in a customer service or customer facing role is a plus.
  • Experience in HR operations and related functions is a plus.
