Customer Service Representative
- Global company providing online trading platform for FX, Options, Derivatives and other financial products.
- Provide excellent trade execution, account management and customer service to the client base
- Handle clients' queries by phone, emails
- Process clients' deposit and withdraw with Finance team
- Create and send trading statement to clients
- Book clients' order by phone
- Customer service experience in any kind of financial company.
- Understanding of FX, CFDs and other products is a plus but not required.
- Native/Fluent Japanese speaker
- English is NOT required but good to have
