[Responsibilities]
The person in this position will be responsible for leading audiences (prospects and customers) to the expected actions by delivering right messages that are fully aligned with the brand guideline.
It is incumbent on this position to understand the brand, product and services in detail to identify solutions for each communication challenges.
Also, enterprise thinking (not limited to the team he/she belongs to) and customer centric, wider view are required.

Scope
1) Concept/Messaging strategy

  • Develop communication concept and messaging strategy closely working with business owners
  • The scope will include other line of business such as GCS and GMS in order to strengthen the enterprise brand

    2) Enterprise ATL (multi channel)
  • Asset planning by purpose, target, channel, devise, etc.
  • ATL creative asset development and management (concept development/ research / production control /budget management/ compliance) working with the global team, local business and agencies.
  • Asset performance improvement and optimization if necessary
  • All type of assets whether it is TV or digital will be included in the scope of development and management.

    3) BTL
  • The scope of BTL is to cover mainly consumer card team.
  • BTL material development on behalf of business owners, if requested
  • BTL creative consultation if required.

    4) Brand governance
  • Keep the brand guideline the most updated and ensure all the communication are fully aligned with the guideline.
  • Review all the communicaiton materials that requires brand approval through iMH (governance system) in a timely manner.

    5) Creative agency management
  • Manage creative agencies (core agencies for ATL, tactical agencies for BTL) in terms of quality and compliance.

    [Requirements]
    *Required background
  • Fluent in English and Japanese
  • Experience and expertise in communication strategy, asset development and management both in ATL and BTL, traditional and digital including social.
  • Marketing experience
  • People management experience
  • Working experience in international environment

  • Strong leadership (proactive & spontaneous / flexible / positive)
  • Communication effectively (respect others / logically speaking up own idea)
