[Company Summary]
Global Manufacture

・Establish sources of converting item supply through the quotation processes including supplier review & evaluations of their capabilities.
・Qualify new suppliers to ensure they meet the required engineering specifications as well as the required quality levels.
・Establish sample and preproduction inspection procedure including joint quality planning with supplier.
・Continuous quality improvement in supplier site. Liaise with suppliers to develop projects if necessary for implementing new procedure or methods to improve the quality, performance of the supplied product, or cost.
・Implement and execute measures, tests, sampling methods, and other procedures that ensure that the quality standards are met.
・Maintain and analyse quality records to prepare regular and ad hoc reports; check that established testing procedures are being followed; identify and address recurring problems either with the quality of the product or the reliability of testing procedures.
・Regularly maintain and review of Supplier Ratings and proposal of follow up actions such as training, process development, finding new capable suppliers.
・Lead supplier audit process
・Ensure business rules are followed (both internally & externally)
・Handle claims towards converters
・Maintain its effectiveness of Yokuderu quotation system
・Occasional reports for SCM and Sales
・Process improvement or ad-hoc project support
・Ensure information flow between relevant parties including 3rd party converters or global/regional teams
・Report inefficiencies / problems related to converting business and coordinate necessary activities

・University degree or equivalent education, any mechanical engineering major plus, any purchasing experience plus
・At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the field of purchasing or other SCM function with English communication environment
・Business level English (writing, reading, and especially verbal) is must
・Quick and reliable judgement and action
・Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel in particular) and experience with any ERP systems
・Technical background is big plus
・Knowledge about adhesive tape or similar product application, testing and product convertibility are big +.
