- Develop the contract draft and modify the commercial terms by using the internal contract templates for both English and Japanese
- Review the clause for Master Service Agreement, Service Agreement, Work Order, and Amendment
- Work with the category managers in Procurement department, suppliers for both in Japan and overseas, business partners and Legal department to finalize the contracts
- Support the smooth operation and implement improvement plan for efficient contracting process
- Bilingual in English and Japanese
- Good PC skills
- Communication skills to interact with various departments and suppliers
- Contract support experience
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience in working in Procurement department
- Experience in working in Health Care Industry
