[Responsibilities]

  • Improvement and development online sales actual with Affiliate program,
  • Management affiliate marketers, directly and/or indirectly by E-mail, Call and meeting
  • Formulation of short and medium-term online sales strategies including sales promotion planning based on seasonality, competitive products and requests from affiliate marketers
  • Analysis of performance of Affiliate website and measurement of cost-effectiveness while confirming each website that managed by each affiliate marketers
  • Have a meeting with US marketing team to share effective strategy and sales tool in US market to Japan affiliate marketers
  • Implementation of Kaizen based on the analysis of monthly performance and results
  • Evaluation of each Affiliate Marketers and their Website and coaching for improvement
  • Creation of training manual, implementation of sales training for the affiliate marketers
  • Creation of monthly reports based on daily actual reports - analyze and improve where possible
  • Planning to create sales promotion tool such as banner, Massage and demographics.
  • Work with appropriate departments and team in the US headquarters
  • Build a good relationship with each sales representative and affiliate Marketers
  • Maintain a good level of product knowledge and continuously improve it
  • Managed online vendor with distributer, especially price, paid keyword and stock.

[Requirements]
Required work experience

  • More than 2 years of work experience as an Online sales with sales quota
  • Sales activities by calling or visiting companies
  • Manage affiliate program with price setting
  • Planning and Management experience of Sales promotion campaign on online
  • Creation of proposals and presentation materials using Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Preferential work experience

  • Various work experiences in English such as email, telephone and meeting
  • Worked in consumer products, mobile phones or security industry
  • Channel or partner sales experience
  • Sales budget development and management experience
  • Planning and creation experience of Banner, description of products

Necessary and desirable skill

  • Has strategic thinking, analytical skill, problem identification skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships among internal team as well as the external stakeholders including customers
  • Monitoring the multiple activities at once with excellent organizational skills to prioritize
  • Self-motivated and keen to working efficiency
  • Strategic, analytical thinking ability
