  • Orchestrate design & execution process of Compensation & Benefit program(s)
  • Design and conduct Compensation Survey to identify challenges and opportunities in C&B program(s)
  • Adopt and localize global compensation program, i.e. equity program for executives.
  • Review and recommend salary adjustment for promotion, demotion, and/or adhoc situations.
  • Partner with HR colleagues, i.e. HR Business Partners, payroll team, other CoE teams.
  • Partner and consult with business management


  • 5 year experience in C&B planning role for global business organization(s)
  • Good comprehension in business context to identify challenges and opportunities for C&B solutions
  • Above Business level both in English and Japanese in writing and speaking.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in management, organizational development, business administration or Human Resources or related field preferred.


  • Excellent communication skills to articulate conceptual and technical subjects
  • Sound interpersonal skills to build mutual respectful relationship with key stakeholders, inside/outside HR
