1. Talent acquisition strategy formulation
Formulating talent acquisition strategy for Japan that serves business needs and provides sufficient candidate pools for the best selection of the candidates
2. Operational excellency
Drive economic and operational efficiency while maintaining quality in delivering the talent acquisition services through process simplification, digitization, staff skill development, etc.
3. Channel development
Develop and manage multiple talent acquisition channels for both direct and indirect sourcing. Implement innovative ideas in sourcing channel development including social medias.
4. Stakeholder management
Develop strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders and manage external vendors based on their delivery results and quality.
5. Budget and team management
Manage budget and talent acquisition team members. Develop and motivate team members to excel in delivering the service. Make periodic monitoring of budget and reporting to HR leaders
・Education: University Degree
・Professional Experience: at least 7yrs of talent acquisition experiences as recruiting agant
・Language: Japanese native level, English at highly proficient level
