[Responsibilities]

  • Accomplish department and organization goals by meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quota
  • Improvement and development SMB sales actual with partners
  • Management partners, directly and/or indirectly by E-mail, Call and meeting
  • Implementation of Kaizen based on the analysis of monthly performance and results
  • Work with appropriate departments and team in the US headquarters
  • Maintain a good level of product knowledge and continuously improve it
  • Propose our products to the partners with high motivation
  • Find any problems or issues within business partners and to report immediately to Sales Manager
  • Motivate and train partner sales team
  • Leverage the relationship with distribution partners
  • Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products
  • Contribute to provide positive feedback to our product to maximize the satisfaction of the end user and partners
  • Develop New Partner and Reseller's opportunity to sell our products in the new channels

[Requirements]
Required work experience

  • More than 3 years of work experience as sales with sales quota
  • 3 Year experience in SMB Business with partner or high touch sales
  • Sales activities by calling or visiting companies
  • Manage and handle partner business with distributer
  • Creation of proposals and presentation materials using Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Preferential work experience

  • Various work experiences in English such as email, telephone and meeting
  • Worked in Enterprise products or security industry
  • Channel or partner sales experience
  • Sales budget development and management experience

Necessary and desirable skill

  • Has strategic thinking, analytical skill, problem identification skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships among internal team as well as the external stakeholders including customers
  • Monitoring the multiple activities at once with excellent organizational skills to prioritize
  • Self-motivated and keen to working efficiency
  • Strategic, analytical thinking ability
  • Fluent to Native level Japanese and Business-level English
