[Responsibilities]
◆About This Role
You will participate in the Capability Development team for Develop, implement and manage company's commercial capabilities development plan focusing on:

  • Enhancing leadership capability of Sales Managers
  • Evolving our sales managers' and sales reps' sales capability with enhancing hybrid engagement mindset
  • Minimizing the deviation of sales reps' capability
  • Establishing and implement more efficient method for new-hire training course
  • Managing MR certificate system

◆What You Will Do
Enhance sales managers' leadership capability (30%)

  • Develop and implement leadership training programs for sales leaders. Discuss with HR as necessary
  • Develop and implement programs to evolve sales capability of sales managers and sales reps while enhancing hybrid customer engagement mindset.
  • Lead PDCA cycle and report to Sr. management in a timely manner

Develop sales capability (30%)

  • Develop and implement programs to evolve sales capability of sales managers and sales reps while enhancing hybrid customer engagement mindset.
  • Highlight the importance of activity analysis together with CMI team for sales team to bring data-driven solutions to customers
  • Analyze, develop, and implement plans to minimize the deviation of individual sales reps' capability/activities such as training, workshop, shared success stories etc.
  • Support Exec Lead to refine RMP/TMP (Regional and Territory Management Plan) process and template to lead better development of RMP/TMP and ensure execution excellence

Manage new-hire sales training course (20%)

  • Establish and implement more efficient method for new-hire training course
  • Implement new-hire training course in a timely manner

Manage "MR certificate" system (10%)

  • Carefully monitor trends and change in direction of MR Certification Center and deliver crystal-clear requirements to sales reps to maintain their certification status.
  • Develop company's sales training vision, annual goals, vision, training plans, KPI and achievement against KPIs, and submit them to MR center in a timely manner.
  • Conduct internal trainings to achieve goals and KPIs submitted to the center to maintain MR certification for 100% of reps, including compliance sessions together with the compliance team.

Marketer training (5%)

  • Develop and implement training for marketers. If the candidate does not have sufficient experience in marketing, it is OK to discuss with marketing leaders and conduct training for marketers when necessary, utilizing external agencies

Agency and budget management (5%)

[Requirements]

  • Sales rep, sales manager experience in the pharma industry
  • 2+ years' Sales training LEADER experience in the pharma industry
  • Experience in training sales leaders
  • Experience in sales training that drove business goals
  • BA/BS/University degree required; Life/Health Sciences preferred
  • Understand business questions/needs and develop training plans to fulfill those questions
  • Have knowledge of what Veeva is and does
  • Have an understanding of Customer Engagement concepts
  • Have an understanding of Multichannel Marketing concepts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Individual must be able to act / make decisions with minimum guidance
  • Requires team-work, cross-functional collaboration capability
  • English - conversational level strong Plus
  • Marketing leader experience
  • Knowledge of MR certification system
