- Partner with Sales to identify revenue prospects and opportunities and drive customer adoption and success of the company product
- Develop and mentor a team including pre-sales and post-sales technical resources (Solution Consultants, Customer Success Managers and Technical Support)
- Develop customer-specific value propositions highlighting the benefits and differentiators of the company products
- Communicate with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to manage risks and escalate issues
- Create and deliver customer presentations that articulate the company's Solutions and their value associated with customer's requirements
- Solve technical integration and product questions/issues and coordinate resolutions, including technical troubleshooting of customer issues
- Effectively work, coordinate and manage across local and virtual teams with worldwide colleagues
- 10+ years within technical sales (preferred), technical management or technical consultant with experience leading internal teams and working with customers
- Ability to work independently and develop a strategy without an entire team of people
- Prior management/leadership experience
- Experience selling and working with pure SaaS solutions in multi-tenant architectures is preferred
- Preferred cloud platform experience, such as AWS, Azure, and Cloud Foundry
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
