・Deployment responsibilities include assisting customers throughout the various phases of IT company's solution deployment
・To act as a liaison between the customer and various groups within IT company such as Technical Support, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management
・Responsible for customer satisfaction during the successful deployment of solutions
・Proactively collaborates with customer and internal project team to anticipate and respond to issues that could impact solution deployment (e.g., change in scope)
・Functional Leads will assist with all aspects of a deployment including (but not limited to): requirements gathering, process configuration, documenting process flows, user interface configuration, user and supplier set-up and testing support, project management support, issue resolution support.
・Owns developing and maintaining team operating principles and team templates and work instructions.
・Owns developing internal team trainings and other related knowledge collateral
・Acts as a mentor to new team members.
・Executes with minimal guidance and shows strong initiative.
・Maintains regular communication with team members especially across multiple solution deployments so everyone understands status of project.
・Displays proactive communication.
・Participates in the creation of solution, customer, and industry knowledge collateral by leveraging the appropriate resources (internally at IT company and externally at the client)
・Some experience at procurement domain or supply chain background (around 5-6 years or more)
・Experience in IT company Buyer/ Downstream Modules [P2P, Contracts, Invoicing, Reports etc..] is preferred.
・ERP (or similar) deployment experience or module(MM) background is a plus
・Experience with Supply chain management processes and/or applications is desired
・Strong customer management and leadership skills
・Advanced Microsoft Office skills
・Technical understanding and capabilities
・Strong analytical and organizational talent
・Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
・Functional / business process experience in one of the following areas is desired: Procurement, Accounts Payable
Basic Minimum Qualifications
・BE/BTECH or a Bachelor or a Master degree.
・Some travel required up to 20%
Japanese(Fluent/ Native) , English (Above business level)
