HR Operation Team provides employees with Operational Excellence through various processes as COE (Center of Expertise) in HR Division in collaboration with C&B, HRIS and HRBP teams. Specifically, the team plans and operates appropriate and high-quality services on payroll, welfare and employees' health promotion pursuing best-in-class process management.

[Responsibilities]
・Payroll operation process management
The person will conduct overall processes on payroll, such as pay, social insurance, retirement allowances and DC, using an outsourced vendor, correctly and appropriately.
Will identify problems and issues in relevant processes, and propose and develop the optimum processes.
Will propose the optimum process at planning of a new HR system as a project member, from the operational perspective.
Will benchmark the best practice in the market and make a proposal to use it in our system.

・Vendor management
The person will manage the outsourced vendor on payroll with the aim of appropriate operation of payroll processes mentioned above.
Will monitor the status of operation, make proposals for quality improvement and conduct actions for improvement in order to optimise the level of services provided for employees.

・Realisation of ESS on inquiries from employees and use of HR Technology
The person will improve HR contact service called "HR Navi" in order for employees to find answers to their questions on HR matters on their own.
Will accumulate inquiries and results as knowledge, and analyse them and implement customer satisfaction survey, etc. to understand the trend.
Will plan and design initiatives based on the result of the analyses, and drive use of digital tools including "Chat-bot".

[Requirements]
・At least 2 years' experience in HR as a professional or equivalent experience, such as involvement in improvement of HR processes as a consultant
・General knowledge of the labour law, employment contract, social insurance and taxes
・Good PC skills (Excel in particular)
・Good English skills favourable (for participation in projects of our Group companies)
