Global Financial Services Brokerage Firm
・ Actively encourage client participation in the Firm's Platforms
・ Support and promote the client's and the broker's needs in using the platform to increase product market share.
・ Build and maintain key relationships within the Tokyo and APAC-based trading community
・ Seek and document internal and external feedback to assist in the design, upgrade and continuous development of trading solutions
・ See a minimum of 3 clients per week, with each customer being seen at least 3 times per year
・ Document and circulate all client visit feedback with into relevant CRM database
・ Make all reasonable efforts to maintain an understanding of regulatory issues impacting our markets
・ Work to build a dependency on the Firm's product offering with the existing client base and drive the adoption of new clients
・ Think outside the box to ensure bespoke service, giving us a strong competitive advantage
・ Ensure regular cross regional communication. With an ever-changing environment at the banks,
it is important new leads and/or information are not lost
・ Maintain a strong proactive attitude
・ Complete any mandatory training by the required deadlines
・ Act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence in carrying out your duties
・ Ensure you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any activities for which you have any level of responsibility.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
・The candidate must have some previous experience in sales, excellent time management skills and a flare for delivering engaging presentations.
The successful candidate will be responsible to promote
・Product Platforms to clients, while focusing on strengthening existing client relationships and driving revenue.
・Knowledge of Fixed Income markets is considered a plus.
・We are looking for a candidate who can meet our language criteria: Native level Japanese & English.

・Have a good understanding of the regulatory framework in which you operate
・Understand the regulations applicable to the performance of the role
・Build a good working relationship with Compliance and other control functions
・ Role holder must have the highest professional integrity.
