・Leading Marketing communication team in continually enhancing our Automobile Brand image with Global vision and mission, objectives in mind. Differentiating the Automobile brand from competitors, strengthen its brand values and increase the awareness of the brand through development of communication campaigns and effective media planning.
・Responsible for strategizing, creating and implementing a long term communication strategy then formulates , plane and execute annual communication plan aligned with global Automobile Brand strategy and Japan market marketing strategy.
・Conducts target group & communication group analysis on a regular basis, adapts communication plan accordingly & conducts media landscape on annual / bi annual basis to assess our media budget and placement with effective results & measurements.
・Overviews holistically the communication campaign management on annual & quarterly basis (with all responsible agencies for Japan). Includes developing brief overviews and templates, consolidating necessary business targets, teams briefing documents, and taking lead with agency communication & timeline planning.
・Monitors brand development (brand monitor), and status of the brand versus competitors. Responsible to formulate plans in short and long term plan to improve indicators and ensure marketing activities contribute to set brand targets.
・Responsible to set rightful KPI targets with key team members holistically. Monthly tracking, measuring and analyzing communication activities and media planning on a regular basis to ensure achievement of targets, to support retail sales and to ensure best use of budget.
・Awareness & data gathering of key competitors communication positioning and approach, together with agency, tracks and analyzes competitions' communication and media activities.
・Agency management: Provide clear brand & marketing briefs with business targets and key information. Define scope of work together with agency, manage project timeline with agencies, conduct necessary agency pitching for Brand. Advice and guide our agencies on any necessary brand image, CI and tonality. Setting KPI targets together with agency, and steering to achieve target. Ongoing steering to achieve set target and goals. Provide Brand and communication input and information for Training department for relevant products / brand topics.
・5-8 years of Marketing & Brand Management.(Preferred, Lifestyle, Luxury, Automobile related.)
・Fluent in English and Japanese(Written and conversation)
・Fluent in Microsoft programmes(Excel, Powerpoint, words etc)
・Skills; Communication, Critical & Analytical thinking, Presentation, Negotiation, Business Sense, Project Management
