[Responsibilities]
1.Overall Responsibility:
Supports the Marketing Director to develop, establish and maintain the Brand strategies to meet our objectives through the effective management of the advertising and promotional activities for each Brand and a strong team work with the Product Manager. Connects to, shares with and influences the relevant team of Sales, Dealer Network Development and Aftersales in order to ensure the understanding and delivery of the brand message within the company, towards dealers, customers and the external audiences.

2.Main Duties:

  • Plans the communication activities for each brand on a yearly and a quarterly basis within the decided budget with a strong attitude towards flexibility, risks management and recovery plans
  • Develops, monitors & follows up the Marketing schedule through direct interaction with the suppliers/ agencies involved and the support of the cross-functional team (CRM, communications tool production, Regional Marketing, Reporting and Administration)
  • Supports the Regional Sales Managers to develop and follow up the marketing plan for the Dealer Network, actively participating to internal meetings and business meetings with dealers
  • Manages the information flow related to the Marketing activities towards the dealers and the HQs
  • Continuously Monitors the Brand health through the analysis of the KPI and the spending efficiency (weekly/ quarterly/ ad hoc)
  • Ensures the ROI for each activity and improves the suppliers' performance through periodical evaluation


[Requirements]

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • General Skills
    • Language: Fluent in both English and Japanese to communicate with team members & relevant parties
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Basic knowledge of automotive market, especially import car markets a great plus
  • Functionality Skills and Technical skills
    • Strong communication skills for both B2B and B2C
    • Experience of Brand Marketing Communication
    • Knowledge of digital marketing & analytics
    • Knowledge of CRM
    • Excellent on MS PowerPoint and related PC operation
  • Management and Leadership Skills
    • Eager to achieve the target
    • Strong coordination skill for difficult tasks
    • Time management skill, able to work under pressure
    • Strong people/agencies management skills
