Branch Manager (Japan)

Primary responsibilities for Branch Manager are:
(1) Engaged in branch's Sales Activities/Development, working with Sale Reps in respective branches (hereafter Sales) and National Sales Manager, in order to achieve the company's targeted objectives
(2) Manage Operation in respective branch office, working with other branches and Admin-related department (hereafter Operation)
(3) Develop staff members in Operation, working with HR (hereafter HR Development)
(4) Manage office facilities in Branch Office (hereafter Facility Management)
3-5 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics and or transportation industry
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
