・Responsible for Japan local applications/services, engaging with local/global stakeholders to resolve issue and to improve application/service in post-golive operating state. e.g. First SFA Expert, Sample request integration, CERPS data integration, Japan Local Database & Apps, etc.
・Responsible to ensure Japan user needs are serviced by Tech Ops team. e.g. Helpdesk ticket/service review, Device (PC, Smartphone, Tablet) & Peripherals selection, etc
・PIC for End-User-Interface project delivery and training for CH Japan. e.g. PC/iPad renewal, OneDevise, Win10, Office365, Outlook Exchange, etc.
・Work with Tech JK to design new technology/solutions, and lead the rollout of new technology/solution to drive Making it Easier, Digital, Data & Analytics, and Commercial Excellence.
・Work with Tech JK to design and deliver innovative technology solution where possible.
・Work with Tech JK to improve user satisfaction with Tech thru communication and event. e.g. CHJ Tech Newsletter, Tech roadshow, Tech refresher training, Tech Intranet page contents, etc.
・A friendly point of contact for all technology contact from business users on questions/issues/enquiries providing advice/direction/assistance/guidance.
・Ensures that project delivery and service operation is compliant with the company policy and standard.
・Project manage with appropriate methodology and framework. E.g. Agile, Waterfall
・Standard PC/Office tools
・Experience in working for Multi National Company

8 million yen ~ 10 million yen (Experiences and skills will be considered)
