・Being the first point of contact for employee and manager queries on HR related policies and processes, actin as the liaison between employees, other departments and vendors to revolve issues and facilitate processing.
・Manage the processes as required by the HR Generalist regarding employee relations in order to optimize employee performance, retention, utilization, etc
・Manager successful performance of assigned HR (administrative) projects, e.g. employment records, benefits programs, performance and compensation management, etc.
Facilitate the compliance to corporate HR policy and local labor regulations
・Support the facilitation and implementation of local and global HR processes
・Maintains databases and/or files of HR-related information and processes HR-related information, maintaining required privacy
・May be involved in the benefit enrollment, plan design, comparison, reporting, benefit program communication and administration
・May be involved in recruitment, to include candidate selection, vendor selection, provide support on offer information on benefits & compensation, delivery of offers of employment per approved guidelines. in regions with dedicated recruitment staff, partner with recruiters and participate on interview teams, as needed.
・May conduct local new hire orientation
・May support activities associated with immigration processing
・Manage collection of employment related documentation and produce routine and adhoc reports as required.
・Process social insurance and local tax requirements
・Ensure the HR policies and processes are complaint to local legislation
・Performs administrative duties as required.
・May be assigned to global/local projects
・Bachelor's degree, plus four years of relevant experience, with increasing levels of responsibility; in lieu of degree seven years (total) of relevant experience with increasing level of responsibility, may be considered.
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills
・Some familiarity with relevant employment law and regulations
・Demonstrated competency utilizing word processing and spreadsheet software
・Experience utilizing HRIS and/or other relevant software is preferred
・Ability to handle high confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
