- Provide general administrative support such as reception work and document filing , photo copying
- Arrange staff trips (to and from Japan) and meetings (internal and external)
- Translate simple Japanese documents to English and vice versa
- Assist with creation/ modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
- Process AM documents such as advisory/ payment instructions
- Assist with preparing materials and correspondence for teleconferences/meetings
- Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries based on the company's internal policies and procedures
- Manage updating/changing schedules of team members
- Sign for and distribute international/domestic courier packages
- Serve as back up support for other managers or administrative staff when required
- Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience as an administrative staff
- Preferably business English skills - Speaking, Writing and Listening
- Computer Skills (Word, Excel and Power Point)
5 Million Yen to 8 Million Yen
