Operation support for Customer Service, Logistics, Sales (30%)
- Picking up phone calls
- Input Goods Receipt in SAP
- Sort Inquiry emails from customers in mail box and forward email to Sales
Administrative support (10%)
- Purchase company's envelope, name cards, Seal for products to designated vendors (1 or 2 per month)
- 2 or 4 years college graduated
- Experience Required: + 3 years experience of assistant work preferably in a sales office operation environment
- SAP experience: +1 years experience in using SAP SD
- Fluent Japanese
- Able to read and write English (TOEIC over approx750 or equivalent skill) Speaking English is not a must but plenty of opportunity to learn on the job.
- Word, Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) : Intermediate level
Monday to Friday
