POSITION SUMMARY
The Publisher Account Manager will be responsible for managing the relationship with a portfolio of digital publishers across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with digital publishers, video ad platforms and/or ad networks, as well as a keen understanding of digital advertising and related technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain, develop and grow existing publisher partner relationships
  • Best in class Account Management
  • Manage all day-to-day operations associated with publisher partners, including setting up programmatic deal IDs in the company's in-house platform
  • Build solid customer relationships and serve as point person for customer inquiries
  • Manage a patch of existing publishers and newly onboarded publishers
  • Train clients on the company's platform, encourage the adoption of new features and provide feedback internally on client needs
  • Grow inventory and Fill Rates for publishers on a month on month basis
  • Onboard new company products to be able to meet immediate demand needs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools AND/OR Account Manager experience, preferably focused on digital marketing, publishing, or at an ad agency
  • Understanding of digital video industry and business models (ad-supported in particular)
  • Familiarity with digital technology platforms including broadband video, advertising platforms, consumer electronics, mobile and social networking
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal), negotiation and presentation skills
  • High proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
