[Responsibilities]
Overall responsibility:

  • Act as point of contact for customer queries and respond in a timely manner to their needs and requests.
  • Working from a call list you will engage with companies selling the services of the business" Hitting daily and weekly call targets to generate sales
  • Maintain and update information onto the CRM database (Salesforce)
  • Liaise with various departments regarding follow up of sales prospects, leads and visits
  • You will be primarily responsible for building sales relationships with a large customer base as well as developing new business from qualified leads.
  • Act as point of contact for customer queries and respond in a timely manner to their needs and requests.

Relationship Building

  • Make outbound calls to potential and unmanaged clients.
  • Liaise with various departments regarding follow up of sales prospects, leads and visits
  • Build relationships through cold calling.
  • Provide first class customer service to a diverse challenging range of clients
  • Primary point of contact for customers queries and issues

[Requirements]
Business Knowledge/Educational Background

  • Must be experienced in using office software (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • At least 5 years working experience working in Telesales/Customer Support
  • Candidate needs to provide the dedicated services and support to Sales team and external customer with their satisfaction.
  • Native/Fluent Japanese both verbally and in writing
  • Good English language skills (oral & written).

Preferable skills and competencies

  • Results-driven and highly motivated with a desire to learn and explore different working practices to achieve targets
  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Able to think ahead and ask appropriate questions to maximise sales opportunities
  • Previous telesales, account management and customer service experience
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • A tenacious, self-driven and hard-working attitude to work
  • Experience working to targets and deadlines in competitive market
  • A professional, friendly and interesting communicator would be ideally suited to this role.
