Job Description: 

- To escalate and resolve any issues and problems associated with servers (includes cloud server, desktop, printers and devices standards. PABX, Operations equipment.  
- To escalate problems within the IT team or to direct partner as necessary. 
- The levels of information asset security as required by the local Asset Security Standards are met.
- The agreed policies and procedures, system support documentation & methods are adhered to.


- University (College) Degree in IT. 
- At least 2 year experience with IT support and maintenance in company size above 50 users. 
- Microsoft Windows Server Operating System, Microsoft certificate is plus. 
- Good command of English (speaking and writing).
