・Be the product expert on all products in portfolio and a credible source of information, both internally and externally; understand and drive best practices around the clinical application of product portfolio in the field
・In collaboration with Marketing Manager, develop well-researched, solid launch plans that detail market trends, segmentation, creative promotional campaigns, optimal pricing, marketing collateral and highly measurable goals and objectives; travel within Japan to assess success of launch/marketing campaigns and gain valuable insight from sales team and customers
・Investigate, identify and initiate new program opportunities and resource requirements, including those in the digital space and across distribution channels spanning national retailers, independent retails, online and social media retailers
・Responsible for the company's rental program of hospital equipment including its effective delivery, optimization and growth
・Record and optimize marketing processes, eliminate waste and reduce unnecessary expenses
・Leverage sales team to gain valuable market information, buy-in and test the development of sales/education tools
・Work collaboratively with counterparts in HQ (Switzerland), Ensure availability, phase-in/phase-out of new and existing products in collaboration with proper stakeholders (i.e. Regulatory, Operations, Finance, Sales, etc.)

・Travel within Japan to assess success of launch/marketing campaigns and gain valuable insight from sales team and customers
・Investigate, identify and initiate new program opportunities and scope resource requirements
・Work with sales team to anticipate release of RFP's and lead the marketing portion of submissions
・Continuously analyze portfolio, provide financial and product forecasts
・Analyze portfolio vis a vis local/global market conditions, competition, technological/social/demographic shifts, determining changes that need to be made to financially optimize portfolio; develop and implement solid pricing strategies
・Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, in particular as related to conference attendance and effective use of external media campaigns, both print and digital
・4+ years of experience in Retail/Consumer Marketing Role (consumer packaged goods industry experience an asset)
・Experience with large national retails an asset
・Digital/online & social outlets marketing experience an asset preferable.
・English must be more than business level
・Demonstrated success in product launches and end-to-end marketing strategies, including success with digital campaigns
・Business knowledge of marketing principles and processes
・Sales experience an asset
・Strong user of Microsoft Office Suite tools
・Team player, dedication and a positive attitude a must
