Insights Development & Data Analysis
- Implement foundations for all Brand & Business tracking measures with timely deliverables of data
- Collate all data points to analyse, understand correlations/ synergies & draw insights with key actions
- Present & share insights on recurring basis with key stakeholders; local leadership team & Regional Insights Manager
- Lead Strategic Planning Process pre-work for situational analysis & SWOT in close collaboration with Marketing Manager and Regional Insights Manager
- Lead additional local strategic research projects - from crafting brief through to aligning on questionnaire and delivery of debrief & data
- Responsible for further deep dive into key strategic areas for stakeholder presentations e.g. competitor activity, key trends
- Proactive development of new research/ proxy measure methodology for faster, more efficient and timely understanding of category, consumers and channels
- Research & data supplier management - within budget and to timeline
- Become advocate for company's Ways of Brand Building and align findings and insights
- Coach and build capability across the organization
- Develop simple tools for cross functional teams and Distributor Partners to mine for insights at all touchpoints
- Min 5yrs experience in Market Research/ Client-side insights position
- Digital experience with social listening and mining the digital space for insights
- Excellent traditional qualitative & quantitative research analytical skills and activation knowledge
- Confident presentation skills and ability to rationalise recommendations
- Excellent written & oral English language skills
