[仕事内容]

  • Manage Marketing and Sales team as manager by doing followings:
    • Objectives setting of each subordinate in accordance with given team objectives by top management
    • Explain clearly the management expectation level of achievement and behaviors to staff members
    • Monthly review of achievement, and identify gaps and solutions how to minimize the gap
    • Coaching for developing skills and mental stability in difficult situation
    • Discuss all the solutions and strategies with upper manager and get an agreement in the direction
    • Evaluate the performance of staff members and first evaluator and discuss the evaluation and feedback to subordinates, and submit it to upper managers and HR
    • Continuously motivate subordinates by listening, showing empathy, and empowering, giving guidance/coaching when necessary and suitable
  • Plan team resources (expense, headcount, tools, etc. necessary for the team to achieve the objectives
  • Define and analyze reports based on facts, performance, and KPIs to be presented before executive
  • management.
  • Suggest improvement of the team related solutions to upper management.
  • Consultant Supports through staff members:
    • Analyze and solve consultants complaints/claims/questions and share the cause of issues and possible solution options to upper management
    • Organize Training, event, campaign
    • Develop sales support tools
  • Provide feedback and recommendations regarding various aspects of corporate operations (i.e. consultant and customer service, marketing, product/features, etc.) and their implication/impacts on a healthy and energetic consultant base.


[応募資格]

  • Proven ability to work as manager
  • High energy, great attitude, great people skills and professional presence
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and results oriented
  • 8 -10 years professional experience, including at least 3 years of experience in sales and/or account management
  • Track record of successful value delivery and client relationship development
  • Demonstrated capability of working collaboratively across a matrix environment to achieve results
  • Capacity to craft, articulate and influence adoption of strategies and directions in a manner that is understood and embraced by direct staff and other impacted departments
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office suite of products especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willing to travel between 20-30% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be available to work some weekends throughout the year
  • Ability to analyze data and make independent decisions

  • Bi-lingual preferred
  • Previous Sales, Network Marketing, or Compliance experience
