[募集背景]
グローバルHRチームと連携を取りながら、日本法人の多岐にわたる人事関連業務を担っていただく人材が必要なため

[仕事内容]

  • Partnering with the outsourced recruitment vendors on fulfilling hiring requirements for the local office. This would include maintaining a regular connect with vendors to ensure timely sharing of profiles with the hiring manager and interview process.
  • Lead onboarding for the country effectively with the outsourced recruitment vendors.
  • Be responsible for maintaining regional benefits administration and create communication plans with the Regional HR Manager to brand the benefits with staff members.
  • Responsible for error free payroll through outsourced vendors. Responding to employee queries on a timely basis.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Communicates, challenges and influences a variety of business stakeholders effectively on people management and development topics. Ability to present sound and well-reasoned advice.
  • Coordinate the roll-out of global HR initiatives in the country. Support the Regional HR in translating global program documents and effective communication with the staff and leaders in implementing the global programs.
  • Liaise with Regional HR Manager to best advise on compensation, promotions, professional development, training and cultural expectations from the business.
  • Communicates, regular with the HR manager and advice on a variety of people management and development topics. Ability to present sound and well-reasoned advice.
  • Maintain employee data and documents accurately and create dashboards for business leader references.
  • Recommend new policies, approaches and procedures to the Regional Manager.
  • Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
  • Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs with managers and staff.
  • Manage offboarding, including preparing employee separation notices and related documentation and conducting exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.

[応募資格]

  • 職務経験 5 年以上
  • 学歴:大学卒以上
  • 英語力:ビジネスレベル(英語で行われる会議等に参加することになる為、確実な意思疎通ができるレベルの英会話力は必須)
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • Strong English and Japanese communication skills
  • 5+ years of HR experience, displaying a record of increasing levels of responsibility in a fast-paced, ever changing business environment
  • Strong understanding of the value of HR with a demonstrated capability to drive employee engagement through internal communications, events, newsletters, HR meetings and workshops
  • Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing and design skills with the ability to create original and engaging messaging for employees as well as the external candidate market
  • Credible and confident with great energy, passion and drive
