Essential Functions: Through digital/social marketing, maximize brand equity and UX to the responsible businesses;
- Continuously driving to manage/maintain the social marketing strategy with the reporting manager
- Supporting the manager to build/maintain the digital marketing strategy
- Engaging internal and external stakeholders to build long-term brand loyalty and attracting new stylists for BRAND PROFESSIONAL and OPI as in BRAND FAMILY with social media and other touchpoints.
- Embracing power of social media, adapting and applying new ways to become #1 in OWNED and EARNED in the market
- Maximizing UX and innovating their satisfaction for BRAND PROFESSIONAL and OPI
- Collaborating with influencer marketing team
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and Improve the official social account(s) of brand professionals, especially Instagram with the external partners, OPI will be additional
- Manage and lead the social advertising and digital media campaign for brand
- professionals and OPI.
- Build the workflow of the social media management. It includes all execution activities and content strategy, to engage with professionals and consumers and driving each segment to their priority close
- Lead and manage the content calendar of social media with internal and external stakeholders
- Control the external agency and oversee digital advertisement strategy and planning for its further ROI
- Proactive to collaborate with global and local team of digital expert to ensure that the global strategy is executed with excellence across all markets.
- Develop and deploy monthly data reporting of social media activities, includes organic post and ads to stakeholders
- Responsible for the media budget management while optimizing its spending on priority and maximize its ROI
- Has 5-7+ years previous experience leading social media account/ads management
- Experience of working for global companies
- Creativity and innovation management, with high curiosity: always up to date on the latest platforms, tools, and trends in Digital
- Strong experience/knowledge of any social media platform, IG is highest priority
- Proactive, hands-on attitude, adjustment, while striking a balance between macro and micro view
- Feels comfortable working under pressure and in a complex organization
- Learning on the fly and dealing with ambiguity
- Work efficiently with Project Management cloud tools or others
- High motivation to create new digital culture and to push DX movement
- High self-awareness and its self-reflection
- Business English proficiency (4 skills): no TOEIC score targeted. Rather whether they can use it in business
[Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities]
- Has experience leading social media for premium brands
- Be able to use Adobe Creative, software for any production work, i.e. image adjustment, update HTML code and etc
- Proactive to learn things outside of social marketing, i.e. mobile app, online service and upcoming IT trend
- Previous experience in the beauty industry and/or lifestyle industry is a plus
- Data driven and focused on excellent execution, with business insight
- Capability to have the idea based on O2O/OMO mind
