●Technical Sales for Pharma

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
・Develop & implement sales activities based on the business strategy in Japan for achieving a sustainable profitable business growth in safe and ethical manner.
・Achieve annual sales budget/objectives, and lead the assigned business to sales growth, cost control and other key matrixes across products and segments.
・Manage accurate demand-forecast and inventory turns level to contribute to maintain and improve WoC.
・Work closely with the team to ensure the market intelligence (eg. Market trend, opportunities) & competitors' information (eg. Benchmarking, merge & acquisitions) to commercialize BD projects implementation and follow ups.
・Demonstrate Customer Ownership: manage sales channels; build up & implement Customer relationship management & Customer power map; work on customer segmentations & new customer identification.
・Put efforts and contribute to improve the working capital: inventory control, demand forecast and account receivable
・Manage key Suppliers and products; strengthen relationship with local managers of key suppliers by both commercial and technical approaches.
・Ensure smooth sales transactions, provide technical services, coordinate customer complaints, etc.
