Training Manager

[仕事内容]

  1. According to business strategy, be responsible for smooth training implementation of Japan site, through close connection with business departments, clients and central team.
  2. Take in charge of New Hire Orientation and Mandatory training, followed by related internal/external audit.
  3. Be responsible for learning platform Genome BITS adoption in Japan and assist learners' daily issues while accessing the platform
  4. Facilitate central-driven training programs and activities
  5. Work closely with business to fulfill training related queries
  6. Training delivery as a trainer if applicable
  7. Daily training activity arrangement
  8. Any other training related works

[応募資格]

  1. Bachelor's degree or above
  2. Japanese should be native level including reading/writing/listening/speaking
  3. English can be used as working language
  4. Trainer skill or potentials to be a trainer
  5. At least 3-5 years working experience in training
  6. Excellent project management experience
  7. Good communication, organization, coordination and time management skills and affinity
