[仕事内容]
Looking for a specialist in Strategy and Operation to lead mobility transformation. This role will report to Senior Manager of Strategy and Operation Department, looking over Taxi business operation and new business launch.

< Key initiatives>

Develop strategic and analytical frameworks to support management teams in defining operation strategy that maximize Taxi business profit.
Work closely with marketing, sales, product, government affair, legal, finance and CS teams to operate Taxi app hailing business.
Engaged in project management tasks include preparing meeting materials, managing the schedule, taking minutes and any other things need to be done for successful launch of new business.
Drive analysis on our mobility business overall, measure the impact and efficiency of new product features or policy, and make suggestions for improvement.
Develop relationships and processes with stakeholders to identify and address business issues, gaps in processes, and drive scalable resolution.

[応募資格]
<Job level / years of experience>

At least 3+ years of working experience in Consulting, Government office, Tech company or B to C business.

<Qualifications>
(Basic)

Strong problem-solving skills (ability to think proactively to understand, break down, and define sophisticated problems, including the approach and the expected outcome)
3+ years of project management experience and strong, organized skills to drive projects to completion in a timely manner.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, such as Excel, Word and Power Point documentation. Strong attention to detail, and a data-driven analytical approach.
Business level English and Japanese. Chinese skills would be a plus
