Sales Manager role(インディビジュアルコントリビューターポジション。パートナー企業に対して対応いただきます)

- 担当する地域、テリトリー、業界、アカウントにおいて、サービスをエンドユーザ顧客へ直接販売する役割を担っていただきます。また、OEMパートナーやディストリビュータとも連携する必要があります。

Job Description
・ Managing a pipeline of active deals to ensure long term book-of-business sustainability

o Creating and achieving long-term and short-term account-based revenue objectives (i.e. Annual Business Plan)
o Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with senior level decision makers in your assigned accounts and with key OEM partners
o Employing strong interpersonal, phone, and email skills to successfully identify, qualify, and win sales opportunities
o Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
o Demonstrating proficiency in proposal creation, negotiation, and closing skills to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
o Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
o Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
o Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
o Identifying industry trends.

・ At least 10 years' experience in a customer-facing B2B role, or equivalent level in the relevant industry, with some experience selling IT infra such as Storage or Servers

o BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field in college/university
o Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales/Renewal Sales Account Manager
o Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and CxO
o Solid experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
o Strong understanding of a value-based sales approach
o Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
o Proven ability to deal with multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
o Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
o Verbal and written communication skills in Business English
o Native Japanese speaker
