[仕事内容]
Your Role
- To ensure that the QSHE Management System is followed across the cluster.
- To establish, manage and implement all documentation for the specified geographic area and control any changes according to QSHE requirements, policy of the company and local laws & regulations.
- To recommend and propose any improvement in all QSHE aspects. To evaluate and control of all hazards to ensure safe, healthy and accident-free work environment and promote the awareness of environmental safety and health among all employees.
- To ensure QSHE targets are met on cluster level.
Your Responsibilities
- To be responsible for providing leadership to plan, organize and direct the QSHE+S program to ensure compliance with all related international standards and relevant regulations in the geographic area.
- To identify and complete risk assessments and develop action items for compliance with legal and internal standards.
- To drive Solution Chains Products (e.g. Secure Chain / Pharma Chain) and QSHE related external audit. E.G. Third party audits, customer, vendor, government, Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism(C-TPAT), etc.
- To conduct internal audits / site inspections to ascertain and report the status of compliance and ensure regular checks of Dangerous goods compliance.
- To take overall responsibility on trade supplier qualification and evaluation in the Supplier Management Tool.
- To make process improvement and root cause analysis to improve customer satisfaction, using Tool to Improve Processes / Incident Reporting etc., and monitor record of deviation / violation, also to implement QSHE related training plan and support on developing specific training materials.
- To Initiate and maintain local Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan etc.
- To coordinate, manage, direct + support local QSHE representatives in all QSHE matters.
- To support local management on assigned tasks.
[応募条件]
- At least 2 years of QSHE related experience
- Stakeholder engagement, training and presentation skills
- EHS related legislation knowledge
- Fluency in both Japanese and English
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Skills and Experiences (not mandatory):
- GXP knowledge, ISO9001 / ISO14001 auditor certificate
- ISO45001 / 28001 auditor certificate DG certificate
- Knowledge about Contract Logistics
