概要
本ポジションではディレクターとして以下チームをマネジメント致します。

クオリティチーム（品質管理）
アートワークチーム（包材データ（添付文書、箱、ラベルetc..）の設計・編集や管理）
HSEチーム

勤務地は東京本社となりますが、管理対象の多くは千葉県の倉庫兼ラボとなりますので、月に数回の現場への出張が発生する可能性がございます。現在社内としてはHSEチームのメンバーが足りておらず、HSEにおいては一部ハンズオンで実施いただく可能性がございます。
Job Description:
EHS

Be the coordinator and the guarantor of the correct application of the EHS Management System, and of theSafety and Environment certifications of the site.
Advise and supervise decisions in all duties and expertise fields of the EHS
Ensure the protection and the sustainability of the site property and assets.
Maintain secure environment for employees
Bring support and EHS expertise to the employee of the site
Collect, analyze and communicate the EHS performance of the site, propose improvement action plans
Contribute to an exhaustive and accurate group EHS reporting
Maintain regular and transparent contacts with local authorities if required
Allow or prohibit the operation of installations, buildings or equipment on the site, according to the
results ofthe risk analysis
Define action plan to minimize waste within warehousing, distribution processes as well as admin sites, andinsure its roll out with the relevant stakeholders. Install proper dashboard to monitor evolution of Waste

Quality

Insure the all of Quality at Warehouse and Artwork leading Teams
Manage required inspection processes from reception from factories till deliveries to customers reception,labeling, co-packing, storage, delivery to customers/consumers, returns
Install and monitor proper quality insurance systems to make sure that quality of products and
distribution iswell-managed and fully comply with group policies and norms
Define and publish quality dashboards. Manage reporting and communication to management and groupstakeholders within quality community (analysis, risk alerts… etc) to optimize products risk management in termof business aspects and consumer aspects.
Make sure 3PL has installed required safety policy compliant with Japanese regulation & law and marketbest practices.
