[仕事内容]
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Brand Marketing Communications Manager with vast experience in branding, consumer understanding, market research, and business analytics who will develop the brand positioning/awareness/consumer's consideration within the Japanese market, by creating an integrated marketing communications strategy and managing an online/offline activation plan with strong digital and social media presence. Main responsibility: To develop the brand voice, storytelling and awareness, reaching consumer's top of mind and achieving the Brand's full potential through the marketing mix and social media.

Marketing/Communications/Social Media:

  • Developing and managing the marketing communication strategy and executional plan for the Japanese market based on local consumer habits, market trends and local retail calendar, in coordination with the global marketing team.
  • Develop and achieve marketing objectives based on the annual business plan.
  • Weekly information and coordination with all departments involved to define and execute the annual Retail Calendar.
  • Strong focus on digital marketing/social/lead campaigns to increase Brand awareness and engagement in all trendy social media platforms ( LINE, RRSS) based on our audience.
  • Omnichannel event's development, planning and execution in coordination with focus on new customers.
  • Assistance and coordination with the International marketing team helping to achieve their opening objectives, making sure all marketing communications and retail tasks are properly and on time developed. Post- analysis.
  • Monthly Benchmarking including offline, digital, social, engagement/activation campaigns.
  • Local marketing lead to identify partners, suppliers, agencies (influencer marketing, social media, digital) or other third parties to develop marketing strategy and accomplish objectives.
  • Weekly analysis and monthly reporting on all marketing communications plans (email mk, digital, offline, social).
  • Creative/Content correct spelling and language adaptation into Japanese reviewing with detail every material, campaign or storytelling (newsletters, sms, branding, social, digital, offline campaigns, merchandising, promotions, others) making sure it follows the Brand's voice tone and global guidelines
  • Sharing relevant information to marketing and communication colleagues adapting plans and projects to tendency and results to achieve target.

[応募資格]
Experience:

  • 4 years in retail or fashion preferred (secondary, in consumer marketing)
  • Senior brand manager or junior marketing communications manager expertise, with positive attitude and initiatives who likes working for a global Brand in a multi-cultural environment

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration.
  • Marketing MBA (preferred).
  • Digital Marketing certifications.
  • Social media heavy user with trend aware knowledge on RRSS platforms and RRSS skills

Languages:

  • Japanese (native level)
  • English (bilingual, written/speaking)

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher)
  • Reporting Tools: Power BI, CRM, Email Marketing Tools.

Others:

  • Hands- on attitude, driven, passionate for branding and sustainability
