[仕事内容]
Purpose of the Job:
Drive Indirect sales growth via targeted relationship management and development of selected premium Industry partners

Responsibilities:
Responsible to achieve Sales targets for key accounts
Responsible for actively promote our service to Trade partners and build a comprehensive sales plan annually
Responsible to collate market data intelligence and set appropriate recommendations and sharing with relevant channels (Sales /Marketing / Management)

Operational missions:
・Achieve Sales targets for INDIRECT channel with strong focus on existing partners & development of new business
・To optimise all sales aspect, exposure and relations with our partners
・To provide detailed and relevant market trend feedback
・To represent our company and its values at all times

Management / Transversal missions:
・To work closely with Sales / Marketing / Contact Centre team to ensure optimal INDRECT sales servicing (feedback / process structure / information)

Performance KPI's :
・Target achievement (Key accounts)
・Organisation and planning of all seasonal sales activities
・Quality of the person work and proactivity
・New Business development (with existing partners (new line opportunities) and new partners

[応募資格]
Education:
・Professional school or above

Job Experience:
・3 to 5 years experiences in Sales and Sales in tourism & hotel industry

Knowledge:
・General knowledge of travel & tourism, B2B sales knowledge, understanding of sales conditions and trends

Skills:
・Excellent written skills
・Excellent interpersonal skills
・Planning ability, project management, good communication skills
・Efficiency on working on multiple projects and with different departments
・Strong organizational skills
・Ability to adapt & respond readily to a rapidly changing business situations
