[仕事内容]
- Assist customers over the phone, by emails, through systems while providing a delightful customer experience
- Process and raise required requests/transactions and make sound decisions related to customer requirements
- Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data
- Take action on process transactions and handle the same with proper research
- Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets
- Adhere to process norms and structure

[応募資格]
● Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline
● 1 to 3 years of work experience for call center as an operator or nice to have sale support admin or another related with admin tasks and call, telephone corresponding work.
● Excellent command over Excellent communication skills and strong command over the local language/ language off support in the region
● Excellent Customer Service Skills.
● Native Japanese language level and basic English communication skills (reading, writing)

年収450万円(スキル・ご経験により決定)
通勤手当、社会保険完備
