[仕事内容]
Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Leading your team by example by demonstrating what it means to be accountable for the customer experience and coaching your team in leading the delivery of the customer promise.
  • Inspiring your team and others to create a positive learning and problem-solving environment so service failures and complaints from our customers are the platform for all teams to collaborate on constant improvement initiatives.
  • Pro-actively identify areas of risk where information is missing, incomplete or out-dated that could jeopardize the delivery of the customer promise and direct others to maintain accurate information at all times.
  • Relentlessly pursue long-lasting relationships with our customers and drive your teams to exceed growth and financial targets.
  • Promote our behaviours, corporate strategy and financial goals, ensuring these are translated into compelling and aspirational targets for the customer care teams.
  • Advocate the development of IT solutions for deployment within the customer care teams that improve transparency, workflow, quality and efficiency.
  • Mentor, inspire and lead the next generation of leaders and talents.

[応募条件]

  • Expertise in leading Customer Service teams preferable for multi-national companies.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in customer related and leadership roles.
  • A proven passion for building and leading multi-cultural teams.
  • Ability to balance being assertive and collaborative in order to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to converse in Japanese and English fluently.

1100万円〜1250万円
